The services provided cover all aspects of domestic electrical installations, rectification and certification. Whether it be your home, holiday home or other rented properties it's all covered. These services include but aren't limited to the examples below.Â
Installation:
Replacing accessories/fittings (Lights, sockets, switches, fans).
New circuits for sockets and lights (including downlights).
Tv aerials.
New supplies to outbuildings, sheds, garages.
Consumer Unit upgrades.
New supply to EV charging unit.
All electrics for kitchens and bathrooms.
Full re-wires.
Rectification:
Fault finding any existing issues within an installation and repairing/fixing them.
Remedial work from Test and inspects to bring the installation up to current regulations.
Certification:
Certifying any work carried out by myself.
Test and inspects for anyone wanting a comprehensive report on the condition of their homes electrics. Also current homes when selling or potential future homes. As well as rental properties and holiday lets.
